As service providers we are aware that we have obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act to ensure that our events are accessible to all.

As organisers we ask our visitors to let us know in advance of any physical or communication difficulties so that we can arrange to assist them. We always ensure that the venues we use have disabled access, provide hearing loops for the hard of hearing and if necessary will try and provide slide handouts in Braille.
We try to select venues that have disabled parking and wheelchair access. Where possible we will indicate on the event information whether there are accessible facilities.
