General Questions
- If I cannot attend one of your events, how else can I obtain help and guidance?
If you are unable to attend one of our events, you can contact our National Advice line number on 0845 010 9000 or visit www.HMRC.gov.uk.
- Is there free parking at all the events?
We cannot guarantee free parking at every event but most venues we use offer some free parking on a first come first served basis. We try to identify other parking sites near to the venue and you can find details in the appropriate flyer.
- Do you make your events accessible to all?
Wherever possible we will choose a venue that has disabled access and we encourage visitors to let us know in advance of any physical or communication difficulties so that we can arrange to assist them. We provide Hearing loops for the hard of hearing and if necessary we will try and obtain slide handouts in Braille.
- How can I obtain information in Welsh?
You can visit the HMRC website at www.hmrc.gov.uk or call the Welsh Language helpline on 0845 010 0300 Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00

Yes, the event is an “Open Day” and anyone is welcome. There are many experts on hand to give advice on setting up in business.

If you can provide us with your details, we will send you one of our delegate guides. We will also try and advise you of other events in your area.

Once an event is available for booking, it will say “Book Now”. Simply click on here and follow the instructions. Seminar Questions
- How do I know if my seminar has been booked?
If you book online at www.businessadviceday.gov.uk, you should receive an automatic confirmation. This confirmation should have all the details of your booking plus a unique reference number. If you have booked by any other means by fax or post, then you should expect to receive a fax confirmation 2-3 weeks before the event. The unique reference number enables you to go back into your booking and amend any changes.
